Stadium Point is an urban project that expands on the Peoria Sports Complex’ 200+ events per year that features Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres.  In addition, within walking distance of the site the area boasts over 50 dining and retail offerings and access to the second highest grossing mall in the State of Arizona. The site also is located just feet from the 101 loop providing access to Sky Harbor Airport and all other major cities in the Phoenix MSA within a 30 minute drive time.
