The iconic office development shares the parking garage, conference rooms, and other facilities with the adjacent Hilton Embassy Suites (255 South King Street LP, Phase I). Avalara Hawk Tower boasts sweeping views of Puget Sound, the Downtown skyline, and the Stadium District, home to the NFL Seahawks, MLB Mariners, and MLS Sounders. Avalara, a fast-growing business service company, and another company have preleased 100\% of the building. The project was completed in February 2018.
